Very helpful and understanding

A finance assistant that worked with my income so that i could purchase my vehicle. They found the vehicle I was looking for with more features. Insurance available on property and a wonderful sales team that answers all my questions at any time and accommodated every concern.

INcredible wait time for vehicle after paying bill.

Up to and including paying for work done that day, everything was handled well, as expected. After paying the bill, I proceeded to the waiting area for my vehicle to be brought around. There were a number of people there who were also waiting either for their vehicle to be brought up or were waiting while maintenance was being performed. I returned to the payment desk twice to enquire on my vehicle. I eventually got my vehicle, 50 minutes after paying for services.

Warranty work

The only complaint I have was that I felt it was rather strange/insulting to have "vehicle is dirty" written in both the inspection sheet and the invoice. Do you not have any other customers who live in rural areas with gravel roads? My vehicle is dirty within 1 day depending on weather/road conditions. If it was an issue for your staff in that they couldn't see something that they felt they needed to do so that they needed to record it twice on two different documents then perhaps they could have rinsed/sprayed off my vehicle as my previous dealer did when I owned a different brand of vehicle.

Autopac repairs

Prompt service dropping my truck off for an Autopac claim. Service advisor accompanied me to the car rental service centre and set me up with a vehicle while mine was in the shop. Was updated while vehicle was in shop. Very professional and exceptional service by all parties involved! Auto body manager called me personally to notify me that my truck was ready for pick up. Also had a separate issue that he was more than helpful with, thanks KELLY!

Not impressed with the advertising tactic this dealership uses. They have a car posted on their website that my husband and I were wanting to purchase. And no Murray Chevrolet, this is not just posted on kijiji, it is right on your main website! It has been listed on their for months and we have been told it has been sold. However, it is still showing up on the website AND with a price reduction. Please tell me how you can sell a car at a reduced price that is no longer available?? No, I am not Interested in purchasing a different color. Please take vehicles that are sold off your website, and stop using that as a ploy to draw in business in hopes that the customer will purchase a different car!
