The truck i bought wasnt cleaned inside or out, opened the hood and somebody had beat the truck off road before i bought it, the motor and inside of the hood complete mud covered, found 2 chips in the windshield i seen the next morning, i picked the truck up at night, i had speedy repair both chips, every thing else was good.

I went into Race Auto with only the intent to see about getting my interest rate lowered . I was greeted by Erin she took the paper i brought in contacted the bank ten asked if i would like to look at a car (ford fusion ) i took it for a test drive it was nice but i asked her about the Mercedes in the show room she had someone come take it out side so i could try it . While i was testing it she worked on the numbers and got them to a level that i could go for so now i am a proud owner of a 2015 Mercedes ..She went above and be-ond for me .

After contacting Raceauto group online, I received a prompt response asking what vehicle and what questions I had. Crickets. Later that day I sent another msg and was told they would get the information I was was looking for. Nothing. The following day I again sent a msg and again got a quick response. I only wanted to know where could I see the vehicle, Truro or Dartmouth ? I also indicated I was ready to buy a car today, which I am. Another day has passed. Nothing. No phone call, no text, no email as promised.

I am now driving my fourth Vehicle bought from Race, and surely it won't be my last. Everyone is so friendly, you leave feeling like family and not just another sale!
