The service my wife and I received from the staff at Henley Honda in St.Catharines was inpeccable. From the moment we walked in to the instruction we received prior to driving off in our new vehicle was simply amazing. We dealt with Erin, sales representative, Tom, one of the managers, and Sean, the financial service manager. They were all amazing, kind, considerate and treated us with great respect. Erin was the star of the team, as he was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and has a great sense of humor which makes the process so much more pleasurable. Erin took us around and introduced us to everyone in the different departments. They were all very friendly and kind. We visited a few other auto dealers who do not come close to the expertise of the staff at Henley Honda. I highly recommend this car dealership to anyone looking to buy a Honda vehicle. Thank you so much Erin and staff for a very pleasant experience at Henley Honda.

I just brought my new Honda Civic home today. It was a great experience, there really is nothing to complain about. Everyone was very friendly, I think most everyone in the building took the time to say hello. Brian sold me my car and he made the choice pretty easy. Not only was he incredibly approachable and friendly, he was also very knowledgeable about what he was selling. I also dealt with Brandon for the financial side of things and he too was friendly and informative. All in all, I think this is a great place to get a car. The employees may be in sales, but they are backing a great product so you really can't go wrong. Thanks so much, Henley Honda!
