The service was exceptional!

Our experience with nurse was amazing. Connor our salesperson was very patient and knowledgeable. The service he provided was outstanding. He took the time to find me a vehicle with everything we wanted even though they were in short supply. He answered every question courteously and promptly. All the staff really at nurse were great and they do little things that just mean a lot. Connor and the staff explained everything to us and followed through and always with a smile. We love our new Tahoe and felt like we got it at a reasonable price! What’s more important is that we didn’t feel stressed and the trust they developed immediately will have us going back to Nurse for our family’s vehicle needs. Other cars sales companies could learn a lot from these guys. Thanks Nurse and Connor for making our experience a really great one!

I have had nothing but amazing service from the collision centre at Nurse. My rear bumper had to be replaced and the colour is very unique but they matched it perfectly! The service was completed faster than expected and they had me set up with a rental so quickly on the day I dropped the car off that I even made it to work on time! I would recommend the body shop at Nurse to anyone wanting fast professional service.

Take forever with your car even with an appointment... had my car for over 6 hours just to swap tires on rim's.. didn't even get the courtesy car wash like your suppose to regardless very poor customer service

After my bad review they threatened to sue. So i.had to change it. I hope this meets your approval Nurse Cadillac. I have taken two seperate cars here after accidents and the first time i had forgotten knives that were in the car when i returned they had disappeared no where to.be found. The second time was today when i went to pick up my goods after the car was written off, and my.iphone8+ was gone although the person responsible was nice enough to leave the box. When talking to the staff about the missing items i just got told that it's not their responsibility and no one in their employ would do that. After 10s of thousands of dollars spent by my family there they do nothing.
