This is the best dealership I have ever bought a truck from and i know dealers because I’m 51 years old and I’ve owned over 30 pluse cars. the sales team. and the sales manager bend over back wards for you to make sure your happy. That being said. There service department is the worst I’ve ever seen. the service advisors all have attitude and the service manger acts like he will bend over backwards for you to help you but won’t . He won’t return your calls or is never there. In my deal for my truck I have free oil changes for as long as I own my truck “you know what, keep them. I’ll pay another Hyundai to service my truck. I gave 3 stars. just because the owner needs to do something about his service dept. But if buying a car. It’s 5 star. all the way.

I had a great experience from the first call. Juan quickly set me up with Paul (sales). Paul was friendly and efficient when going through the optional features and trim packages. Ernesto was also friendly and efficient when going through finance & extended warranty options. I was not pressured into a lease or any finance options I did not want. They also managed to find a new Hyundai Kona in Ontario right away so I don’t have to wait months to get my new vehicle. Hyundai also offered a more fair value for my trade-in (and it was not a Hyundai) than the dealership I originally bought the car from. I really dislike buying cars but this experience was made simple and effortless and I finally feel like I was treated fairly at a car dealership. The staff at Bank St Hyundai is impressive. Even the mechanic that checked out my trade-in was awesome and the woman at reception is also very friendly and efficient (can’t remember her name). The sales and service area are also kept quite clean and in great condition - which I actually noticed. My only issue was there wasn’t enough Konas on the lot to view in person - but they do sell a lot of these.

i think they deleted the review I left from awhile back? I had a god awful experience here (i cant stress this enough) and was then later texted by one of the managers to argue with the review that i had left, completely disregarding all the actual issues they gave me. you can read these texts as a quick summary. please do not buy from here, you might find yourself with a dead car in the middle of a busy road

After you die, they are of no help ! My father bought a car here. He paid too much. The salesman talked him extras. He was 94. I negotiated a deal in Toronto for $2500 less and when my dad confronted their sales team they suddenly found a discount and matched the price but needed to get his service done at this dealership??? My dad died 3 years later. The service manager would not provide service records to assist in a warranty repair at another Hyundai dealership. He said he would but never did. I finally spoke with him in person. He didn't care and basically said they have more important customers to deal with! I was shocked by the cold manner and lack of caring. He reminded me that he was a very busy man!
