Was booked in for an appointment right away to fix my problem. I was really happy they showed me the problem and explained things in my language not mechanical so I didn't understand. Answered my questions it was an awesome experience. I was treated like I was the only person in the room. Thank you for putting me at ease

Bought our second car here. First five year Focus old served us very well for another eight without major issues. Hope this five year old Kia Soul will as well. Service was efficient and friendly.

Honest car dealership. No hidden fees or forced up selling. The people you deal with are all pleasant and respectful. My wife put the car in her name and their was no male chauvinism about her completing all the details. All needed repairs were complete and the car was ready on time.

We test drove several cars on two occasions before purchasing a car. from Haldimand. It was a very different sales experience from other used car places in that it was a relaxed, no pressure sales environment. Carproof was available free on-line. Everything was taken car of as requested before we picked up the car. Would have liked information provided on Kia warranties still in place due to low kms on the car.

My son Robert Burciul bought a car a fee months ago and he has had problems With it he sent Haldimand a email and they have not replied to the email I am very disappointed in this company I have purchased 5 vehicles throughout the years and recommended this company to alot of people needles to say myself and my friends will not be purchasing from here again
