Unannounced appointment, got there explain the noise I had, they checked out said nothing wrong the engine as I came for that then told me a shifter when changing gears was just making noises I also asked them to refill the coolant and washer fluid and power steering. They said they did but the fluids weren't refilled. $140 for the labor and refil that didn't get a refill... overheard one of the sales worker, saying they had the best mechanic and soon to worlds and gonna go to Korea to learn more. Service was friendly.

Safety is a concern! I purchased my Kia this year and have been nothing but happy with my purchase until now. Wheaton Kia performed service 2 to my car recently and when rotating the tires failed to remove a large build up of mud and check the balance of the tires. While a new vehicle should be balanced already; having over half a pound of mud in 2 tires can cause a vehicle to shake. I got out onto the TCH to Moose Jaw to find out the wheel was shaking extensively. After calling the dealer they responded it will work itself out or I need to come back. They told me to 'watch out if it gets worse' This should have BEEN DEALT WITH IN STORE. It would have taken minutes to clean the wheels and instead I was left unable to safely go 100KM on the TCH. I was also left with a 30$ bill from a Moose Jaw shop so they could clean and balance the wheels. I was fortunate enough to go into Mr. Lube and have then clean the inside of the tires for me which brought it back to safe driving. I would except the shop to look into the matter and get back to me on why this happened and how we can make sure this doesn't happen to any more customers. After this incident I am very close to driving the extra 2.5 hours to Saskatoon for service and feel that is my next step. For obvious reasons this will reported to KIA Canada as this was crazy to have happened. As for pricing they charged me 160$ plus tax for a Hybrid service 2 which is about on par with industry standard.
