Excellent Service - Thanks Mike Boneschansker

When my wife decided she wanted a larger vehicle and we agreed on a GMC Acadia. I thought I would give Larry Hudson's a call since they treated me so well 8 years ago. Not remembering the sales rep who assisted me back in 2009 I put in a general inquiry and was lucky enough to have Mike Boneschansker promptly respond. Mike was exceptional through the whole process from our initial meeting to the trade in evaluation to finding us the right model to meet our needs. Communication with Mike was excellent and his responses to questions or concerns were addressed quickly. Larry Hudson's should be proud of there sales reps and their excellent customer service. Thanks again.

I would like to thank you for delivering the car to me. I did have one small item that was fixed under warranty by Georgian pontiac. The left hand vent was not working and was replaced, must have been overlooked. Overall a good experience . Thanks to all involved.

It was oil change and driver seat problem, it was handle quickly and the person was very pleasant. She also took the time to give me information to when to put my winter tires.

Jeff was easy going and great to deal with. Trucks on the lot to test drive and choose options from. Was willing to find the right truck for us even if it meant bringing in from another dealership

Length of Time told for repairs

I was having a pump put in for my washer fluid.From when I ordered the part, I was told it would take about an hour to do. When I arrived, I was told it would be over and hour. Ended up being close to 2 hours.
