Let me tell you something about the service on the can gone in for a appointment on front noise and was fix after I pay about $350.00 came out to get the van and notice a piece of my front bumper hanging out after asking ?? She said it was the way it came in. Gone back in got a free plastic plug from parts department. You think the guy done the front end would fix it!!

I brought in my ram because of burning antifreeze smell. Vehicle was not diagnosed properly. 3 clamps were changed and 4 units of antifreeze were added. How can a litre of antifreeze cost $18. Wow!! My vehicle still smells like burning antifreeze.

Oil change and tire rotation were the services I requested. My service advisor was prompt, diligent, informed and did NOT try and up-sell me on services I did not require which was particularly refreshing. She also endeavoured to sort out a technical issue peculiar to my vehicle which she took great pains to do. I wish my salesman had been so motivated and committed to a positive customer service experience.
