Shopping for a car is no easy task, especially when you're the sole decision maker. After visiting a number of dealerships in the Toronto core, I could not find an associate I was comfortable dealing with. Mat was recommended to me from a colleague and he did an outstanding job of providing me with the information I needed to feel confident in my decision.

A recent incident while in Orangeville caused my entire front liscence plate holder to be torn off my brand new Honda Accord; I was understandably upset about this. I called Honda. Although fully booked due to "snow tire season", they said to come on in and they would take care of me...they did. I have been a regular customer at the Orangeville Honda location, having bought four cars since 2007 and having all maintenance and services done there. I have always been happy with the service and friendly staff, but this time they really went above my expectations. Thank you to the team at Orangeville Honda!

Arrived for a 11 AM appointment for snow tires. Was informed that there would be a slight delay. Was updated throughout the day with false promises. Ended up leaving at 3 PM without the service being done. Would prefer more transparency when being told there would be delays. Took the day off work to have this completed. Very disappointing.

Purchased a Honda Civic. Salesman was knowledgeable about the vehicle, took time to address my questions. Didn't make delivery promises he knew couldn't be met. No pressure, just friendly courteous service.

First of all, let me say the people I dealt with were nice enough, I have no issues with them. Here is what happened... I was in need of a used vehicle, in the $12000 to replace my old one. Purchased a 2012 Honda civic. This was around the beginning of September. After 2 weeks, I needed to put the fan on one morning, to clear off the windshield as the weather was cool, and it was fogged up. Heard a loud noise coming from the fan. Now, when I purchased the vehicle, the remote start was not working, and it was on me to call and schedule a time with the dealership, and they would get it fixed up for me. I booked my time in, and also had them take a peek at the fan as well. I was informed that the heater box was going in it, and before he could do warranty work he needed to get approval. (I'm sorry, I cannot think of the gentlemen's name at this time). He also said he would call me back once he confirmed, and we could set up a time. I went to their authorized third party to have the remote fixed, it was an easy 20 minute thing. The gentlemen called later that day, said my car was just out of warranty, and unfortunately they would not be able to cover. Apparently the heater is not part of the safety ? (how its not is beyond me, as I would like someone to explain to me how you clean off and clear your windshield on a wintery day in Canada). Irregardless, he was very nice and explained its $880 to fix... my response was, I've had the car for 3 weeks.... because it was September, I had no need for AC or heat, and it was by fluke the weather was cold enough one morning I needed it. Basically, it was like this before I bought it... He called me back, and said they were understanding of my situation, and were willing to go half we me on it, $440. I declined, and said I still felt this was unacceptable. Again, he called me back the next day, and were willing to go down to $(argh, I cannot remember the exact amount, but it was just under $300... $294?) Again, I held firm to my stance, as this was a pre-existing issue with the vehicle. I work in the service industry, and I understand where and what they are going through on this. At the same time, I do not feel as though it should be thrown on to my shoulders at all...Had something like this happened at my place of work, we would have righted the wrong, ensured the client was satisfied, and walked away knowing we did the right thing. The client will call again (or come back again) and you work to build the long term relationship that benefits both. As of right now, I really do not have much of a choice, its pay $300 with them, or $800 with someone else to get it done, and I am presently working on a time when its feasible for me to book it in. I have not spoken myself to the GM at Orangeville, but you can bet that I will be. To say this left a bad taste in my mouth is an understatement, I cannot in good faith say anything nice about the place, nor will I take my car in there for service. Even if this does get straightened out, it never should have taken place at all. The sales lady called me on Monday to follow up, I explained to her the exact same as above, she said that what the dealer is offering is more than fair... I said, what they should be focused on, is not whats "fair" but whats the right thing to do. The car had this issue before the purchase, was sold with this issue to me, was "covered up" (for lack of better term on my part) by saying its not covered under the safety, then followed up by her saying that it wasn't like I checked the Heater Fan before I purchased... BTW thanks to her, I will never buy another vehicle without cranking on the fan. Thanks for reading this. Again, everyone was nice enough, no one was rude, but at the same time, I really feel as though I received the short end of the stick on this ... Once I book my car in, I will not be returning. MIke

Positive and informative. I was treated in a respectful and friendly manner. Michael listened to what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. I ended up with exactly what I wanted and I really do love it. Many have asked. All have been referred to Michael and Orangeville honda.

I got winter tires with rims. You stored the summer tires complete with rims. The service was quick and the price was less than I had been quoted by our salesman when we purchased the Honda CR-V on April 28, 2014. Our salesman was David Osborne. Bruce Simpson

We were offered the oil under spray for our 2014 civic and the Honda staff helped me decided whether to get it or not.

I appreciated the knowledge and experience staff had about my specific car and the detailed explanations of the technology was much appreciated. I like the honesty and genuine care of the staff and as someone who was time limited they were flexible and accommodating me to view the car and complete the paper work.

My purchase was an associate purchase. Dave at Orangeville Honda was over the top great. He was so kind, friendly and the service was great. Upon arrival to pick up the vehicle he expained everything in perfect deatil and time, not too long and not too short. My daughter was with me and would be driving the car, he spoke to her as an adult and with respect. He sat with her in the car and explained everything she needed to know. I would refer Dave to anyone I kow buying a HOnda and would return myself for any sort of purchase be it service or a car. Thank-you
