I appreciated that the sales and support staff were knowledgeable and did not rush or press for a sale. I felt I received fair value for my trade. Options for my new CRV were carefully explained and again there was no pressure to add an option or additional warranty. All in all a pleasant experience.

Our sales rep, Jeff, was very informative and helpful. My tire popped at costco parking lot after two weeks of purchase. I figured I must’ve punctured it on something and thought it’d be another dreadful expense out of my pocket. I was informed by receptionist at Honda, Kara, that my tire had a nail on the sidewall and it was covered under Palladino Promise. They are very transparent and honest. I’d recommend them 100%. Although, nothing to do with Honda but just to add. I have purchased Tricor insurance along with my vehicle. Tricor gave me a run around for 4 hours until they stopped responding altogether. I gave up on their roadside assistance and took it upon myself to contact the towing company. Hands down, the worst $4000 I’ve ever spent in my life.
