I was looking for an SUV and I got in contact with the sales representative named Zeina. I went to the shop and she was right there to help me. It was a little difficult in my case but she gave her best to make it possible. She was continuously following up with me about the car and after a week I had the car which I liked the most in the lot. I am really Thankful to Zeina and appreciate her dedication for customer care and customer satifaction. Keep up with the good work and to bring smile on people's faces. Had the privilege of dealing with Ritchie purchasing my gladiator through white rock dodge. He was very pleasant to deal with and we were able to work out a terrific deal quickly. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a Chrysler vehicle.

By far the best experience buying a new vehicle; knowledgeable to all the options it has, friendly and ensuring we had everything we need in a vehicle. Great follow up too, to see how we are enjoying our vehicle and if we had any questions, she was there to help. But, most of all, I can tell she likes to work there since she has pride in what she does and it shows. Thank you for a great experience and we will be back for another one soon!

Jarred (service) is the man! I've been experiencing issues with my 2017 Pacifica over the past year and Jarred's been so easy to deal with. He has taken time to educate me on Mopar/Chrysler's the warranty protocols and has worked hard to fix my vehicle's issues. I previously had my vehicle serviced at another Trotman dealership and the difference in service and quality isn't even comparable!! White Rock is far superior! Highly recommend going to White Rock Dodge for repairs. Jarred will make the process stress free for you.

Worst dealership I have ever visit they don’t know how to treat a people when you will call them about anything you want to know related to your vehicle they will not answer you properly my biggest mistake In life was buying a vehicle from this dealership I will highly recommend to never go them
