Good customer service, maintenance was poor

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. However, I took my vehicle in for an oil change and it came out with some issues that were not present before, stopping and starting as if it didn’t want to move and a puttering noise. They got me in quickly to fix it but I didn’t get a report ran of what actually had occurred just was told the oil was topped up. When I got home I realized I should have asked for the report. Never had that occur with them before, so my first big issue.

4800 dollars work done here then my engine blows 1 week later...not are fault is all we got for a answer.Dont take your vechical here it will cost you in the long run.
