Bank Street Hyundai were absolutely amazing. Ernesto, Mustafa and Ali worked quickly and efficiently and got me into the truck I was eyeing. Everyone else was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They have made buying my Santa Cruz an fantastic experience. If you are looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Bank Street Hyundai.

Very friendly team. I worked with Juan, Joe and Ali. The manager, the finance person, and the salesperson were extremely friendly. I had questions they had answers. My situation required me to get a car very quickly as my car died. They did not dissapoint. I was in my Tucson extremely quick. Knowledgeable, kind and caring. Thank you to the team and Juan for taking my high amount of questions. Great service

Called to get a map update for the gps in my 2010 HYUNDAI genesis COUPE. Hyundai service argued that Genesis doesn't make a coupe. I explained it was a HYUNDAI genesis COUPE from before Genesis brand was launched. Got transferred to Genesis. Not going great after already waiting 7 minutes on hold. Genesis makes me hold another 9 minutes, then tells me they never made a coupe (I know) transfers me back to Hyundai. Hyundai makes me wait another 6 minutes then tells me they can't help and i have to talk to Genesis. Not too bright, these guys.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased my first vehicle, a 2024 Hyundai Elantra Essential, from Bank Street Hyundai, and the experience was exceptional. Mustafa and Ashur provided excellent, no-pressure service that truly set them apart. They were incredibly friendly, non-pushy, and professional throughout the entire process. Mustafa and Ashur took the time to understand my needs and made sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step. Their approach made buying my first car a breeze, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Elantra. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from Hyundai. Very great service from Matt! Even though we haven’t come to a full decision on which vehicle to purchase Matt was patient and wanted to give us a scenario with best fit our needs. He told us about all the features of each car, wasn’t pushy about closing a deal right away, had a great attitude while serving us, and was super thorough and honest about all the numbers!
