Race Auto Group is the best place to purchase a vehicle. I had the pleasure of buying a F150 from Luke and it was a great experience in and out in Lee's than 1 hr.Service dept is great also.I would definitely send any of my friends in to buy a vehicle from them.

Race Auto Group is the best place to purchase a vehicle. I had the pleasure of buying a F150 from Luke and it was a great experience in and out in Lee's than 1 hr.Service dept is great also.I would definitely send any of my friends in to buy a vehicle from them.

Did not enjoy my experience. Did not find the sales rep friendly or professional in the least. Was refused basic info via phone conversation to avoid wasting mine and their time. Was told no problem when said that I was going to hold off for a moment, and that they were withdrawing my application. Not a good start to any transaction.

We are always disappointed to hear that anyone is dissatisfied with their service at Race Auto Group. Most of our business is from repeat customer's and referral's from satisfied customer's. It can be difficult to provide a simple answer over the phone, when you have not come in to select a vehicle. Based on different credit situations, the interest rate and amount you are approved for can fluctuate based on the year and mileage on the vehicle you select. I hope at some point you will stop in and allow us to discuss your situation in person - I am unable to leave more information online on your particular case due to privacy.
