Engine light came on although the car was running fine. Took it in and Sensors registered incorrectly. Sensors were replaced.

My regular service advisor was on holidays but the other service personnel provided excellent, helpful service in getting the cracked rim on my 2018 Cruze replaced.

Arrived outside the shop and was greeted immediately. The assistant showed me where to drive into the bay. There was one other vehicle in the shop. I waited for 30 minutes and no service manager helped me. Finally the assistant came over and asked if I had been helped yet. I told him no. He went and searched out a service manager. Finally after 45 minutes my car was checked in for servicing and I could leave for home. Very disappointed that with one other vehicle in the service bay I had to wait 45 minutes to check my vehicle in. If I could take my warrantee work else where I would never return to have my vehicle serviced at your business.

Craig was knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the features of my new vehicle.. Was made to feel no question was silly (even when asking it twice) He is a professional and was a pleasure to deal with. Murray Chev staff have all been very helpful and would recommend Craig and the dealership to anyone.

Overall very positive experience. Would be helpful if dealership was more knowledgeable about electric cars but we did our own research and the dealership connected us with other local owners which helped us make the decision to purchase. That was a nice touch.

Good customer service. However I am still awaiting a refund cheque from a recall on my vehicle from over 1 month ago. I was advised that i would have it in 2 weeks.
