Just purchased a Equinox from Gerry, the process could not of gone an smoother. Gerry listened to me and showed me exactly what I was after. No pressure no up sell. It was a pleasure dealing with Gerry he has restored my faith in car salesmen. I would recommend him anytime.

I went to 3 Chevrolet dealerships in the course of a week, and Nurse was the best one, by a landslide. I've been trying to unload my convertible Corvette. Even though I picked the worst time of year, they were very reasonable with me. Mark helped me, and he was very professional and friendly. He's the only one, of all the dealerships I visited, that took time and photographed the interior and exterior of the vehicle. One of the other places I went to, the used car sales manager immediately started priming me to expect a low purchase price. Mark at Nurse was very helpful and made handing over my most prized possession not as painful. Will definitely seek him out specifically when I need the next Chev.

Took my car in for repairs with a small laundry list of issues, the first of which being a squealing noise happening when first leaving a stopped position. Service associate told me that a brake service was all that was needed, so I gave the green light for that work as well as thousands of dollars in other work to be done. Now when I picked up my vehicle from the dealership (after it had been there for more than a week) as soon as I started forward to leave my parking spot that same squealing noise happened immediately. If you have my vehicle for an entire week, and fail to notice or address an issue so clearly audible, when it was the first thing I mentioned to the service associate, the over the phone account manager, and on the key envelope at the drop box. Well I don't know what to say
