Honestly, it’s the first time in my life that I am experiencing such a poor customer service and communication with the client. During almost a week that my application was considered, I haven’t received a single phone call or email with concrete requirements or updates on the status. Instead, I had to call and email them three-five times a day to get piece meal information. The cherry on top of the cake was that the car was not ready when we came to pick it up (which, by the way, was a day later than initially promised to us). We lost a lot of time, energy, and money (Uber trips and day offs in vain). Totally obnoxious and outrageous experience.
