I can't say enough good things about Kia! Chris in sales is very knowledgeable about what he is selling, did not try to up sell, very genuine person to deal with. Susan in finance was excellent to deal with, she worked hard to get us the best deal, down to earth and very professional. I highly recommend these two especially when going to Kia.

I bought a used Toyota Hylander .. I brought the SUV back with the 30 days warranty because the vechile makes a grinding issue upon starting the car most times. They had the vechile over night and told me the issue doesn't exist. So I sent the vechile to Toyota and made the mistake of not taking the SUV there myself. They said the SUV is fine that that is just a noise that happens with Toyotas. I told them I wanted my money back and I didn't want the SUV because there is something wrong with it. They told me they don't take vechiles back. It was within the 30days warranty time. I took the vechile to my mechanic and he said this is a concern VVT gears..will cost $3500 dollars to fix. It is known issue with the Toyotas from 2008 to 2013. There are several videos about the issue with the cars on YouTube. I also took back to Toyota myself and found out the last owner also took this SUV to the Toyota dealership with the same concern...which they quoted will cost $4000.00. I now have a consumer complaint with Kia and I want my money back. I paid over the asking price $14 000 for a 2008 Hylander thinking that all the issues would be taken care of because I bought from a dealership. I feel I was bullied by the salesman's and parts department men. I feel rather disappointed and disgusted at this dealership. They denying the whole issue and offered me $500.00... but now I want my money back.

Chris and Susan went above and beyond to make us comfortable with our purchase of a new Kia Telluride. We felt no pressure at all from either of them and they both spent all the time necessary to explain both the financing aspects and all the details of the extensive technology in the new vehicle. We would have no hesitation recommending Wheaton Kia and Chris and Susan in particular.
