Today I purchased my Ram 1500 Sport from the people at White Rock Dodge and I have nothing but good things to say about Cody Sternig in sales, as well as Kevin (sales manager). From the second I walked in I was warmly greeted without the usual aggressive nature I’ve come to find from other dealerships. Cody was attentive and actively listened to my needs, wants, and limits and didn’t push any products that were clearly above my budget. Cody provided a welcoming atmosphere and was able to answer all of my questions about Dodge products. Kevin the sales manager was also just at welcoming and not aggressive in nature, which was something that sticks out for me about White Rock Dodge. I will definitely be referring family and friends to them and will be back to purchase vehicles in the future

Great place thanks Brett Christine and Job on getting me a new truck After all said and done they ripped me off promised and told me diffrent they what I got said 20k cash back then 18k cash back then changed now to 17k Also said would pay for repairs I paid for on my old truck if I got a new truck now they say they never said it my girlfriend was with me and witnessed all with me very upset with the service and John said I would get the money for the repairs I had done that fixed nothing on my old truck waste of money Don't go to them if you don't want issues

Arrogant sales staff. If you walk in off the jobsite, they ignore you. If you aren't dressed in the "White Rock way", or your vehicle isn't pristine, you will be ignored. Corrupt service staff. Had a friend used to work there, techs gave him a list of items that supposedly needed doing. Had the truck checked out by a different dealership and not one item on the list was required...in fact the other dealership stated I just need basic maintenance. Also advised by the staff to make an ICBC claim on something to get it repaired for "free". Go to Columbia Dodge in Richmond if you want to be treated well and not judged.
