My mom bought a pre-owned car today. As a repeat customer, our sales rep gave us a fair deal right off the bat. No haggling required ;) Service was great and help setting up the technology in the car meant that she could drive away with everything working right from the start. Thank you, another happy customer 😉

One week prior my lease contract was due, I brought my RX350 to the dealership. The lease manager Shirley Cheung checked and told me everything is alright and I only need to replace one rear tire. I ask only one tire? Because I knew many tire seller wouldn't put on just one tire. Shirly said "Yes, only one tire and you don't have to put it on, just leave it in the trunk". OK, if say so, and actually she also marked on the inspection report. The next week, I return to the dealership to return the car, Shirley suddenly said I need to replace instead of one but two tires and both need to be on the rims! I was surprised and worried because I knew I would need to wait for a couple of days even I order the tire right the way, and maybe longer to have the shop to put them on. Then Shirley pushed me to purchase the over priced tire from the dealership and pay for installation at the dealership. I asked her why did she say I only need one tire just a week ago. I would had no problem change both tires to avoid the urgency. Then she got very upset and threw my car key on the service desk and yelled at me "It's your decision if you want to return the car today or not." My jaw dropped. I've never been treated this way in my life. Even the guy behind the service desk was shocked. Luckily, the service department was very helpful and made room in their tight schedule that day and put both tires on the rims. It costed me around $200 more than purchasing and installing the tires at Costco which is not a big deal. What bothers me is how can an Luxury Auto Brand dealership allow their employee to treat their customer in such a disrespectful way. I'm sure you will be treated nicely when you are purchasing a car from them, but be very careful when your lease term is up. This happened to me about 4 years ago, I still can recall the details like it just happened yesterday. I've never set my foot in their showroom again as I am a happy BMW customer now.

Hello Mr. Huang, I have looked up your name (Simon Huang) in our files and it isn't showing up. Are you sure you leased the Lexus RX350 from Tony Graham Lexus? Or perhaps this lease was in a business name? Given that this took place 4 years ago, and without record of your or this lease we can't comment on the specifics of your lease return. Normally when we send our customer's leased Lexus back to Lexus Canada they have certain criteria such as not returning it with worn out tires or big dents, etc. This is a policy set out by the manufacturer not Tony Graham Lexus. If you would like to discuss further, please don't hesitate to reach out to us with the specifics of your lease. Neil Donnelly Sales Manager Tony Graham Lexus 613.225.2223

We have bought numerous Lexus and Toyota cars and SUV’s. We are firmly not fans of Tony Graham as we had a couple of minor situations with TG Lexus. Cars are just cheaper in Toronto. Yan Ma impressed us so much with her knowledge and personality. We will definitely give her a chance for our business.

Tony Graham Lexus is amazing dealership. The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable and understands your requirements. My experience at other luxury car dealerships in Ottawa was not very pleasant but this dealership is different. I would highly recommend them.
