Dissatisfied I wasn,t informed at the time of booking you had switched to synthetic oil .Having put only 18Kon a 3year old vehicle I don"t see any advantage to me

The services were all scheduled maintenance and were carried out in the time frame that was given to me. This is important for me since I generally wait while it is being done. Service advisor made sure of this as I mentioned that I would be waiting when I made the appointment.

Lindsay Buick GMC has worked hard to figure out electrical issues with my truck. Although there has not been a final problem solved, the service advisor has been helpful especially with the cost of diagnostics. It is too bad how complex trucks have gotten and the ever rising cost of labour. I still prefer taking it to the manufacturer.
