Brought my 2019 for an Onstar recall and was dealt with by a prompt and courteous Service Consultant, Mr. Evan Andrews who took my car in. While waiting, a Product Specialist, GREGORY ATTERSLEY, showed me the new Chevrolet car and truck promotions that the Company is currently offering. Being a Product Specialist, I asked him if he'd be able to help me with regards to operating my GPS (when my car inspection is done) and he didn't hesitate to do so. He was so customer-oriented, knowledgeable and patient with me in explaining how to navigate the features on my car. I was so happy! Now I can use my car's navigation system instead of my cellphone. Appreciated Greg's assistance! Best wishes to him in his career and his future endeavour!

I'm basing my score of 1, on the fact that I brought in a clean car for an oil change, and left with greasy finger prints all over my glove box.

Hi Blake. Our apologies for leaving finger prints. We do try to go the extra mile in those types of things (ie. wiping down door will plates, all of the quick checks). Your concern has been raised with the team. If the finger prints have not been removed from your glove box, feel free to stop by and we will wipe them off. In many GM vehicles, the cabin air filter is accessible through the glove box.

They're incapable of doing an oil change without properly securing the plate so it doesn't get torn off within 3km of driving. Not just once, but 2 consecutive times. Then when other work is done, you have go go back and get your sensors reset because they've forgot and your display keeps showing work needed that you just had. At least they try to make up for it with a free car wash coupon. 🙄

i had a very negative experience here. I brought my wife's SUV in for a loud grinding wheel. this SUV was bought new and only has 50,000kms. I was told this happens from not getting brakes service and was shown another SUV in the shop with the same issue on the same wheel. I know, weird. I was told this was not a warranty issue and I should get my brakes serviced more often. they also told me the other 3 brakes were in good shape, weird, I didn't have those serviced either. I also brought up my frustration with the courtesy shuttle and my issue was quickly dismissed. the computer schedules everything and there's nothing they can do about it. once my concerns were dismissed I decided to email through the nurse website, that was 2 weeks ago. terrible service and they don't care about you or your experience
