Please explain how a 2 week old Toyota RAV4 has the rear windshield blown out without impact, while parked in my driveway and @Jacksonsloyota would not replace it under warranty? We needed to take it to Speedy Glass to get it replace and pay out of pocket so that my mother can drive to @Sunnybrook for Chemotherapy!.. good job Toyota…

I had a fantastic experience at Jackson’s Toyota. Matt Mitchell was super helpful and easy to talk to. Him and the pre owned sales manager worked hard to get us the best value for our trade in. Matt was very patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking to buy. Great place with great people. 10/10 would recommend.

We have leased a Rav4 through Jackson's Toyota four consecutive times. It would be preferable to get a vehicle closer to home, but the nearby Ford and Chev dealerships have not been able to offer a comparable vehicle with the same monthly lease payments. We were very impressed with the thorough and efficient manner in which our most recent vehicle trade was handled. Thumbs up to Andrew Black! I really like the friendly receptionist as well. The only thing that I would like to see improved is some of the service department's policies. If I have an appointment for an hour's work, I shouldn't have to leave the car all day. Some service advisors are more accommodating than others.

I got my new Rav 4 Hybrid from Jackson Toyota last week. The service there was excellent. Mr. Amir helped in every step of the way. I got my new car in less than 2 months of placing my order. I would like to thank Amir for this again. I would recommend going to Amir if anyone wishes to buy a Toyoto from the same.

The team at Jackson’s Toyota is friendly, knowledgeable, and have realistic/accurate information. Although production times, thus delivery times, of new vehicles are still quite slow, the sales team was spot on with when I’d receive the new Tacoma. So far, I’m really happy with the vehicle.
