Respected , complete felt like I was in the correct place even the cleaning lady found the time to introduce me to the new hot drink, the courtesy drivers were excellent also.

Had a great experience at Murray's as always. Brought my car in for its usual service and got them to check out my heated seat, which was not working. Got a call that my car was ready and when I got there, there had been a glitch in the system and my car was not actually finished. But instead of sending me home with the shuttle they gave me a rental car. Which was awesome! They made sure my tire got replaced and ordered the new element for my seat. It's since been replaced. Everyone greets you, everyone is friendly. Super service as always.

I had an oil change and inspection that was done in a timely manner. shuttle driver was very nice. I will go back for more service when needed.

I went to go and pick up my vehicle from the body shop - had a rear bumper replaced because of an accident claim - and noticed that there was glue (from the wrap) as well as some black marks on the bumper from installation and was disappointed as someone should have checked the appearance of the bumper prior to letting the customer have the vehicle. Didn't notice the bumper until I left the dealership and had to return to have it corrected.

Staff was excellent and even stayed after closing to insure everything was taken care of. That made everything easy and explained every detail about the bew truck.

Vehicle purchasing has always been something I dreaded to do. I went into this with the same feeling but our sales person Craig Pucely was excellent at making my wife and I very comfortable and the experience easy.
