Overall customer service was great but when I initially started my application for a trade in I notified them of what my bi weekly payments were at the time and that id like to get them lowered. I went through a week of non stop hassle trying to get all the needed paperwork while the whole time being told everything looks good so far. Come to the day of finalizing everything my bi weekly payments would have been $70 more than what I'm paying now. Needless to say I came home with the same car with very high blood pressure.

I got a great deal on a barely used SUV that my family loves. On top of that they gave me a great deal on my trade in. Staff was super friendly and helpful and made the car buying experience as easy as possible

The team worked around my situation and set me up with the car I wanted at a price I can afford. This was my second successful dealing with Luke and the team at Race and now my son is thinking of upgrading his car.
