Wayne was a great salesperson. He was informative and helpful. He was not pushy at all- the number one reason why i have not bought from other places. The dealership remedied an issue that arose (purchased a used vehicle) and made it as seem less as possible.

Very impressed with service and the overall findings. Video was great too see and checking my air filter, great, did not know it was their. Told my family and they are checking. Great find.

Wheaton Chevrolet and Rob Postma did everything they could to find me the specific vehicle I wanted. There was no pressure to try and convince me to change my mind in trim levels. They brought it from another province so I didn't have to settle for something else. Every time I contacted Rob to test drive vehicle, he had it warm and ready to go. Every member of staff we ran into was friendly, they said hello! At Wheaton Chevrolet you're more than a customer, they treat you like a friend! The dealership has the personal feel! I'll go back when it's time for new!

Bought two vehicles from this dealership over time and also took my diesel into them for headgaskets replacement, anyways! I recently brought my newest purchase 2019 colorado back to the dealership for warranty issues (not fixed yet) and this last time was asked to fill out a survey! Which I did. BUT after I filled out the survey according to MY personal experience, I recieved a message from the service writer stating my less than 100% score on his review would affect my sevice I would recieve from him and his colleagues going forward. He insisted he deserved a perfect score. I had questions about repairs made and all you could say was the boys in the back were magical. And when I came in to pick up my diesel after head gaskets replacement and wanted to go over it, you had no time for me. Telling me "i have to go my wife is waiting in the car for me". I'm curious where my survey is for that service job preformed? I Couldn't even get an apology from "the service writer Jeff S".

**service writer threats**

I've been having problems with warranty work for 5 years on my vehicle that I bought from Wheaton in Regina. Wheaton would not fix it without the diagnostic showing that something is wrong. I also received a letter from GM stating that this issue happens. I took it to another dealership and they fixed it immediately. I will not be going back to Wheaton for anything.
