Pick up and drop off service is great! It took finch 3 days to fix my window! Others said it would take 5 weeks! Very impressive! I will definitely recommend finches professional services to everyone I know! Thanks to all the staff who put their hands on my Jeep and ensured a safe winter ride!

Great team - not so great communication

Great team of people. Great mechanics. Communication needs to be worked on. My vehicle had been done and processed for a long time before I was notified it could be picked up. It was later delivered but without a timeline and by a woman with zero people skills.

Dealing with Ezz was awesome!

Who would have thought that we would find our Chev car at a Chrysler dealership! Ezz was very professional, getting back to me in record time about the car. He went in early to take a video of it, which was informative and funny! He moved quickly so we could get the car we wanted. It was a very good experience and everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating. Thanks Ezz for everything!
