Great service manager very knowledgeable and helpful assisted with daughter's new caddy without hesitation knowing it hadn't been explained properly at a different dealership where it was purchased we are now looking forward to join The Nurse dealership for all our future purchases and services

Met with Sales Consultant Blair Walters and Sales Manager Sean Crooks. Had a very pleasant experience dealing with these two gentleman. I had my heart set on the Chevrolet Malibu LT with the True North Package but since I'm a first time car buyer, my auto insurance in general did not permit me to accommodate the cost in my budget. I will however both recommend this location and consider it in future when I'm looking for my second car. Blair and Sean, thank you both.

I needed to go 3 times for a simple all season tire change. First they forgot to install the preasure sensors so I went back to have that done. Second time, I noticed my wheels have several hits and my car was unaligned. Went back the third time and they said it does have nothing to do with the tire change, now I need to fix my car alignement clearily caused by them. Before that, in October I took my car to have a oil change and level revision. Months later I noticed that there was a missing clip in the cooler container, so I bought one. Terrible. I have plans to return my lease and buy a new car. Definitnvely not in this dealership.
