I been owning a Honda vehicles since 2011, and the Paladino Honda always give me a excellent services, in a reasonable time frame. The have very high skill mechanics to fix issue to your vehicle.

Thanks to the service staff at this location. They went that extra mile to help us out as we are from out of town. They helped us out with getting a warranty issue resolved quickly without having to book an appointment. Thanks again! Much appreciated.

Service rep, Dan reviewed what would be done and the rationale for same. Having only 13+ km on the car, I don't think this level of maintenance was merited. However, was advised it could affect our warranty. Dan also reviewed the recommendation for a wheel alignment. I declined, couldn't afford it. All I all, it is a lot of $$ for only having 13 + km on the vehicle. I had a ? re icon that appeared above gear shift and wanted to call but NO where is your phone number on the paperwork. Recc this needs to be rectified.

Had to have new parts put in to the A/C compressor and the best part was that it was covered under my warranty-no charges! Also appreciated that the shuttle service was back up and running. Felt very safe with all the cleaning/safety measures in place for COVID-19.
