It's great to be able to trade in the vehicle you previously purchased to the same person you bought it from. The best part the sales rep knows The product he is selling you. I have had other encounters with other dealers and the sales reps really do not know the vehicles. I guess that is why I always keep purchasing from Murray

My experience was typical. My visit felt like a business transaction and I left feeling like a customer as opposed to a valued friend. But I wasn't expecting really anything different.

They did fit us in as we were leaving for the winter, however stated 4-5 days took 10 days! Paint match both front and back were terrible! Since they co-owned Hyundai we thought they would be a logical choice to match the paint? Since we wer3 leaving town they suggested we return in May fir redo if necessary! Very disappointed!

Upon purchase, body shop had changed the tailgate because of a defect. They however did not change tailgate lock. I had to book appt and go back to get fixed. Also at purchase the was a body side paint defect. When I got that repaired upon pickup, I noticed that the wrong body side decal had been installed. I had to wait to get that fixed. After I also noticed that a box side protector decal that was replace was bubbled and peeling, I am now waiting to that fixed.

I purchased the truck about a year and a half ago and I was extremely happy with it, that specific dealership stood behind the workmanship that was out into it and I've had a great experience with them, I would absolutely shop there again

One car mat still missing, sales person helpfull, unfortuanetly turn away twice at service department because staff on lunch, had to go somewhere else
