Hi , I recently purchased a new 2018 Ram ecodiesel , met with Bob McDonald who did an excellent job in showing me the truck , all it’s features , brought the truck out so I could get a test drive. Excellent job Bob , and Scott for arranging financing. Thanks again , I look forward to many years of enjoyment with my new truck.

Was lied to from the moment I walked in the door

Told that their advertisement on the Internet was wrong and I would not receive What was quoted as included. Told was going to have the windshield changed and when I finally went to pick it up it was not changed as promised. The day I drive it away the change oil message comes on so had to take it back in to get it reset. Also was given an amount for my trade in and told a coworker that he took into consideration I had a 4 year extra warranty when he gave me the price without running the vin. Number or asking me if I had extra warranty. To top it off I look on the website and they have it listed for $1300 more than I paid for it. All I got was I am sorry. No offer to include winter tires or better rims. Nothing but an i’m Sorry. I left I tears with my dream vehicle instead of excitement. I will or be referring anyone there unfortunately especially for used cars

Every time I quoted something that should be included that wasn’t I was told “ oh sorry the add is posted wrong. That isn’t included”. Was lied too about a window being changed and when I went to pick up my dream vehicle it wasn’t fixed. I was o lu offered an apology. No compensation for All the lies and deception from the sales manager. I was told my vehicle was worth a certain amount and when doing finances found out that there should have been credit for the extra 4 year warranty that I had on my trade in. To take the cake they posted the vehicle for $1300 more than I even paid for it originally. Not a good experience at all not impressed and would not recommend them especially for used cars
