This dealership is just different from other Chrysler, Dodge Jeep I’ve been with. They are just so friendly and helpful. The most important part is that they are not pushy and they’ll work with what you are comfortable with. Their genuineness shows up the moment you step in. Make sure you look for Christine! She’s awesome! We’ve always dreamed of having a Jeep Wrangler and she just made it happen! Thank you!

I feel compelled to write a review even though I have not purchased anything from this dealership. i have been watching a particular vehicle (used) that they have for sale for over a month now, the ad is very misleading and they have made no effort to correct the mistakes including an almost 30k difference in the stated kms vs the actual kms on the vehicle! I brought the mistakes/discrepancies to the att'n of two different sales people at the dealership weeks ago and still they have not fixed. I find it hard to believe that the incorrect info is just an honest mistake anymore and for that reason I would not recommend this dealer to anyone! ***Richard, your cell number did not come through in your reply. The vehicle is a '16 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, Your Stock #M543253A. You are advertising it on Auto Trader and your own web site as having 66,744kms when the odometer clearly shows 93,609kms a significant difference! Also on Auto Trader is says it is a standard when it is an automatic and states "Balance Of Warranty" when there is no warranty left on the vehicle as I found out. When I brought this to the att'n of your on-line sales rep he replied in an email on Aug 9th "Technical mistakes doesn't mean we treat our customers bad. It means we're human and we make mistakes. 66 and 99 can be confused, no? especially when we want our vehicle's up online ASAP so our customers can see them right away." I think he is the one who is confused and it is now Aug 23 and it still shows 66,744kms... All for now Richard***

Thomas it’s never our intention to have mistakes like this happen. My name is Richard and I’m the GM If your willing to tell me what vehicle is incorrect I will have it fixed within 10min. I’ll do a complete audit tomorrow. Here’s my direct cell if you wish to chat. But I guarantee that we don’t mislead our clients ** thank you for the info. I’m not sure where the breakdown in our process is but I will dig into and have it fixed before noon today. It will take a day or so to change on Autotrader due to feeds from the website but our website will be corrected right away. I’ll also chat with the team and find out why I wasn’t advised of the issue as I deal with all merchandising. Here’s my cell as promised if you wish to chat further. 604-319-7109 *** I have found the issue with our programming and it should be resolved on the next inventory push. It shows that my sales manager changed the mileage on the 14th along with the transmission. But nothing pushed to our site. I’ll monitor this vehicle to make sure it changes. I’m truly sorry if this experience has given you a bad feeling about us. But I can tell you we have very few issues like this and it is in motion to be resolved.
