My 2024 Honda CRV sport has been in to repair the adaptive cruise control several times and still failing. Very disappointed with all the time wasted for a car under a year old and on warranty. Last visit was told I could be charged 169 bucks to look at it. Huge safety concern on the highway and terrible customer service at winnipeg honda. Hopefully someone will reach out or I'll try the media.

My service advisor, Krysta ETCHEVERRY, was very good. She was friendly and well organized. After this first visit for the diagnosis, we booked an appointment to have the required repairs completed. Once again Krysta greeted me upon my arrival and everything was ready to go. The mechanic, Dave Rupps, was also fantastic as the vehicle repair was completed in a timely fashion without any issues. Lucky to have them on your team!!!
