Professional, welcoming and caring environment and service. Throughout the service call, I was regularly kept informed as to the status of the work being done on the car. As usual, I left Murray Chevrolet as a satisfied customer.

No follow-up. I already completed another online questionnaire about the service I received.... Employees were all very polite, but the rattle has not been cured..

My vehicle required service for which there is special coverage for. This service is suppossed to cost nothing to the consumer. I knew about the special coverage, and how to diagnose my vehicle. They had sweet ways to try and make me pay for service that I knew was supposed to be no charge. They will completely take advantage of ignorance. They are professional artists at making you feel like they will service your vehicle, but really acquire monies for services beyond the written complaint. Further, they know the special coverage eventually expires, so they don't want to do the services, but rather, sell you another vehicle. They will continue trying to escape the special coverage by corrupting the "oil cumsumption test".

I don't Really write post like this but I can't help it. �� So few Weeks ago I was washing my baby (my Sonic) with a pressure washer when I noticed Paint was Coming off just by WASHING IT! (Front and back Bumper). I take care of my car , so I freaked out and Decided to take him to the dealership for Answers. Kelly Waddell Checked my car, me and my Bf explained to him what happened . He then asked if I had ever been on an accident? That my paint could had been damage because of that - to what I answered NO! Yet he insisted over and over and over AGAIN! I bought my 2013 sonic New from dealership with only 18 Kilometres never had an accident and take care of him a lot- I'm a car Enthusiast! after that he touched the paint Not with his finger or something soft BUT WITH HIS FUCKIN NAIL!� he was also scratching the affected areas making it worse! (And you call yourself Professional?) After that he said "well you didn't bought the car in this dealership, you bought it in Selkirk so take it there and they might help" (seriously dude!?) In other words, he didn't help at all , his customer service was the worse ever, terrible attitude and 0% Professionalism- specially when he scratched the paint event more with is fucking nail into a customers car making it worse! He is a freaking JOKE! �� Wish I had recorded him , good thing I have witness! �

Was on vacation with 2 children in tow, vehicle experienced a mechanical issue making it undrivable. Chris quickly looked after me an my family, fit us in and provided us a complimentary vehicle to continue vacation and solve our Acadia problem in a timely manner. Excellent service
