When we were in the market for another vehicle for our son, we didn’t hesitate to return to Dylan Foui and his team from Winnipeg Honda to assist us. Although used inventory with inflation these days seemed more of a challenge, Dylan and James Le pulled through for us once again in helping us find the perfect vehicle. They helped us acquire a reliable, 2013 Honda Civic with low mileage. It was Honda certified and when they rolled it out, it looked brand new. This is the 4th vehicle we have acquired through Team Foui over ten years. Peace of mind, quality and family friendly service is why we keep going back. I would recommend them to everyone and will be seeing them again when looking for something for our daughter. Thank you again Dylan and James! We are so grateful for all your help.

Luca was fantastic! He took the time to not only help us find a car, but supported us through the process, showed us all the features on our first new car, and even made sure to have a pink bow ready for my 5-year old to be excited for the new family car! I do not recommend product advisor Luca Di Santo. This salesperson will cause legal problems for Honda. The first issue occurred during the vehicle purchase process, Luca presented me with a binding document that had a misreprentation about my deposit. The information he gave me during negotiations was different from what was in the 'New Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement.' Luca excluded information about my deposit and urged me to sign a legally binding document for a higher amount. According to the Consumer Protection Act, no motor vehicle dealer or employee can falsify any ... document relating to trading in motor vehicles. When I refused to sign for the incorrect amount, Luca pressured me for 10 minutes and then directed me to the finance team who were supposedly "not present". The finance team corrected the document after realizing the error. Fortunately, I refused to sign after noticing discrepancies. I encountered a second issue while attempting to claim a rebate. Honda Canada Inc. advertised a $500.00 rebate for the purchase or lease of a new Honda vehicle. Luca claimed that the rebate only applied to financing or leasing. However, I contacted Honda Canada and verified that the rebate was indeed applicable to both purchasing and leasing. The term 'purchase' is legally defined online as paying with money or other monetary consideration. Other manufacturers honor their advertisements on purchases by displaying rebate effects on the website. According to the Competition Act, it is against the law to advertise or market something in a way that is false or misleading. It took me over 3 days to initiate a refund on my deposit. Please be careful of Luca Di Santo.
