Excellent Experience

Just bought my second vehicle there. Engine light came on a few days after purchase, they happily corrected the problem. Then it happened again, (separate issue that wasn't their fault) They corrected it again & even supplied a courtesy car both times. Professional, courteous outfit. Would strongly recommend!

I just bought a pickup truck and this is the second time In For service for the same problem but the mechanics came fir a ride this time to be able to understand it from my perspective and now waiting to hear when it's corrected and get my new vehicle back

Helped in finding the right truck and dealing with the buyer's brother and sister in Hamilton and Thunder Bay while the true purchaser of the truck was hospitalized after a serious accident and not able to commucate directly. The Haldimand guys understood the situation and worked diligently through telephone calls, emails and e-transfers and delays to put the deal together.
