I just bought a pickup truck and this is the second time In For service for the same problem but the mechanics came fir a ride this time to be able to understand it from my perspective and now waiting to hear when it's corrected and get my new vehicle back

Haldimand Motors has the best selection of cars/trucks and the sales staff are professional and accommodating to our needs. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased and we are equally as impressed coming back years later.

Helped in finding the right truck and dealing with the buyer's brother and sister in Hamilton and Thunder Bay while the true purchaser of the truck was hospitalized after a serious accident and not able to commucate directly. The Haldimand guys understood the situation and worked diligently through telephone calls, emails and e-transfers and delays to put the deal together.

This is my second time buying a vehicle here. This time around, we have purchased my daughter her very first car. The sales team was not pushy. We took so many cars out and they encouraged us to keep going until she found "the one". Which we found! They made the process pretty easy, (the reason for 4.5 stars out of 5 is only because I wish there was a little bit of flexibility in pricing). It took about a week to be ready, they put in new brakes and tires, which made me very happy. When we picked the car up, they were extremely sweet and nice. My daughter was glowing when she left. I will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle. (as a side note: we love their in-house 3-year warranty plan so worth the peace of mind)
