It was the first time I went to their service center. When I drove my car there at the appointed time, the lady in the service center seemed very indifferent and didn’t ask me if I need any help even I parked my car in front of her. I supposed she might be busy at that time. So I talked to an Indian guy who came later. He was very nice and answered my questions very patiently. He told me the inspection will take 1 to 1.5 hours and they will call me after it is done. I waited for more than 1.5 hours nearby but didn’t get a call. I decided to check the status. When I arrived there, it seemed my car has been done because it was staying in the same place where I left it. I went to ask the staff at the service reception, the staff helped me to check the status and also asked that lady in the service center. I wonder why I didn’t get a call from them. I just got the information from the lady that the India staff has gone. But I didn’t think think it was a logical reason. When I was ready to drive my car and I asked for my car key, the lady indicated that the key was already in the car. As I know, the service staff in other car stores usually returned the key to me in person every time after inspection. Beside my first experience in the service center, I also wanted to complain that the paint peeling off problem has not been solved since we first submitted it. It has been a year! My husband said the female staff who initially dealt with this issue was the same lady as I mentioned and he also felt her service attitude was not good and she shirked the issue to him to contact and solve it all by himself.

Booked an appointment for service, I stood next to the service advisor and watched the computer screen as he pulled up the details for my vehicle. We discussed the recall work that needed to be completed and he booked me in for there soonest appointment (which was 3 weeks away). Turned up for the appointment to discover that they were not expecting me and no appointment had been made for my vehicle. Slightly embarrassing I guess when I pulled out the business card I was given at the time of booking, along with the date and time written on the back. The work was completed, although they kept my vehicle for almost 9 hours and ruined my plans for later in the day. I was the first customer to show up in the morning and the last to leave at the end of the day. I explained this to a friend, who told me that their vehicle was kept for 7.5 hours just for an oil change. It seems that appointment times are meaningless, and if you look at other reviews, I'm not the first person to say this.

We stopped in to discuss a new car. This time it was a real pleasure dealing with Moe and Chris. It was quick and painless. We get the new car on Friday. It's our third in a row from them.

The worst experience ever. One month+ waiting for a car they assured it was approved by the lender, the publish cars that are not inspected and change the conditions on the agreement every week. At end they never call you back. Lousy customer service. I hope my credit score won’t be affected. Regulations should apply also for unprofessional dealerships.

We received excellent support and kind cooperation & assistance from both Dave Wigmore and Andrew Arsenault at Experience Hyundai in purchasing our new 2023 Tucson, following the unfortunate destruction of our previous vehicle in a fire in Florida.
