After weeks of shopping around and having some difficulty finding the right vehicle for us, we stopped in at Murray Mazda Chilliwack, and met with Jim Philips. He was great, listened to us and showed us vehicles in our price range and still had the things we needed, also made the process, so easy and stress free! I would recommend them to anyone! Great experience

Our 2018 Mazda CX5 had a flat tire. One tire shop near our home could not help us since they don't carry the high end Toyo tires. The young mechanic told us we might need 4 new tires! Yikes! Another tire shop in Abbotsford said they would look at it. Or they suggested we could go to a tire shop near Costco. The car dealership in Abbotsford did not offer any help. So, I called Jose in Chilliwack. He offered immediate information and help and John, in parts, had 4 new Kelly tires if needed and a Toyo tire if we just needed one replacement. Come right away!! We'll fit you in. Good news! Jose fixed the flat. Done! No charge! Amazing! Thank you for your honest and kind service, Jose! You made my day! Murray Mazda is worth the drive.

It is not often that I give a poor review. I generally choose to communicate concerns directly with the vendor, that usually results in understanding and rectifying any problems. Don't think of this as three stars, think of it as 1 star for sales, 1 star for purchasing in warranty, and 1 star for service. I added the three stars together because we are in a pandemic and at least you showed up. If this MAZDA dealership demonstrated any concern for this customer's satisfaction, I would happily have given five stars. p.s. Thanks John M.
