Picked up our new 2025 Honda Pilot Black Edition today. Kushal Joshi, our sales advisor, was excellent both in terms of assisting us in making a decision as what model would meet our needs and expectations and walking us through all, and we mean all, the features (toys) of the Pilot on delivery. He is very knowledgeable as to Honda products and has a very warm, considerate and supportive personality. He invited us to make any subsequent calls directly to him if we have any further questions or issues or to have him book a maintenance appointment for us. We also had a very positive experience with Alana Verhaeghe, the Financial Services Manager- very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Had to buy a new vehicle due to an accident. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted and went for a test drive. Met Josh as we were looking at the inventory. He was super chill and let us look around unbothered and told us if we have any questions or interested in a car to see him inside. I appreciated this as I like to shop without someone hovering. Josh listened to my needs and wants for a vehicle and was very knowledgeable about every vehicle and brand I asked about. I was set on a particular vehicle but after talking with Josh I realized the car I wanted would not fit my needs. He suggested a Honda Passport which was not on my radar. I test drove and learned all about it and was completely sold. Josh didn’t pressure me to purchase just wanted me to be happy with what I was buying. He was the most honest, laidback salesperson I have experienced and it was very refreshing. I never felt I was pressured, and Josh never showed me the most expensive thing on the lot. He was interested in finding a vehicle that fit my needs, at an affordable price. He made my car buying experience so easy and stress free. I highly recommend him when looking for a new vehicle as I will be a customer for life! Alana the finance manager also made the finance part super easy. She really made sure she explained every part throughly and was ready to answer any questions. Crown Honda definitely finds the right people to hire!
