Sold unsafe vehicle.

Friend purchased vehicle that was certified by them, shortly after purchase a tire blew and he brought it to a tire shop. Was informed the tires where manufactured in 2005 and should not have been on the road at all (allowable age as per MTO is 10 years) this establishment only offered 1/2 off of the one tire that had popped. They will block anyone who writes a poor review on their socials as well.

Sold a friend old tires that blew on the road. Apparently this passed certification.nope tires were from 2005. And when I posted this on their Facebook they blocked me! No accountability nor is this professional! This issue was attempted to be resolved directly with them but they wanted to sell 1 tire half off. Like seriously?!?! Friend is left with 3 other tires manufactured in 2005 and no resolution. How did this pass certification? It should not have at all. Fix the problem! Be accountable!!!

***The car lot Sudbury sold my sister an absolute lemon… the car has had nothing but issues from day one on top of all they used a scrap yard engine in the vehicle and did not disclose that once the vehicle was being sold to her please do your research before you buy any car from here…

For a friend you very recently changed over winter to summer tires upon leaving your lot at a short distance the wheel.nuts became loose causing extensive damage to about 1500 dollars, apparently you did not come good for the repairs. If you had any consideration for this senior you would repair the damage and call her back to reimburse her. If no action is taken I,m sure all buyers will hear about it.

Received a call from Rob M. He showed us a black Ford Ranger with low mileage. It was exactly what we were looking for. The price was reasonable. Very professional and showed us how to use all the new features on the truck. Thank you The Car Lot.
