The service was good. It would be great if there would be assigned parking for people bringing their vehicle for service. The parking is horrendous. I drive a 350 dully and always scared to have it dented or scratched every time I go there. Up to a point that I'm considering going somewhere else for service.. Sorry.

I went in to get my rear rotor and brakes replaced As well the front ones serviced and I had to get the oil pressure sensor replaced for a second time since the first time did not work but service was good and I did not get charged for the oil sensor work all is good for now thanks again

Chase, our sales consultant, gave us excellent service; heck, he even came in on his day off. I know what your thinking, he just wanted the sale, but it did not feel that way. The bottom line, we were very satisfied with the service we received.

Vehicle was in to have a recall completed. Dropped vehicle off in the morning, took the shuttle to work and picked up vehicle in the afternoon.

Brutal service today. Went into the Auto parts and service and couldn't get my bill rectified as it was a "communication error and we dont do that here". Later walked outside to look at purchasing a vehicle and nobody came to help. I had 3 people walk by me not saying a word. It appears the customer profiling lost a good sale today.
