Nate Reimer was such a help to us! Effective, personable, relaxed! At no time did we feel he was "selling" us, but rather was inviting our decision by informing us of pros and cons dependent upon our responses to his questions. He helped one feel valued as a customer but never railroaded! He is a great man to deal with! Thanks Nate! Also, Marouf was super helpful, very knowledgeable, friendly and just generally excellent at the "business" end of the purchase. He too, was excellent! Thanks Marouf.

This is one of the worst car dealerships I've ever been to, from the general manager to the salesmen at this dealership, they don't care about the customer experience at all, They'll just try to fool you in any way they can. When I bought my Pilot here, their sales promise: of one free maintenance, and a note signed by the manager for the complimentary maintenance was placed in my vehicle file, but when I had it serviced, I was told there was no such thing. After I complained, their general manager emailed me to assure me that they found the note, and reinstated this free maintenance.But when I went back to have my vehicle serviced, I was still told that there was no such thing. I had to contact their GM again a month ago, and waited patiently for a month, I thought I should give them some time, but at the end of the day, it's been a month, and no one has contacted me, to resolve the matter, and as far as they're concerned, it's over and done with, how about the previous promises ???? they don't care. the customers will never be honoured, because the customers have already bought the car there. Just remember one thing: don't spend money here. They forget you faster than a shooting star.

At first I was just looking for an older model to save money but also help me on carrying my equipment for work. Thanks to Andy and Lennon, I ended up getting one of the newer models that not only give me enough space to carry my equipment, but now I can be confident knowing that I will be safe and save money at the same time.
