Mike was so awesome and helpful, putting me in a truck that I absolutely LOVE and making the whole experience so enjoyable. I had actually just walked out on a truck at Barry Cullen Chevrolet in Guelph solely based on how poor the customer service was. It was night and day when I went to look at trucks at Larry Hudson! Mike made me feel like he was on my side and was really giving me the best value for my budget instead of trying to squeeze every penny outta me. I tell everyone that comments on how nice the truck is that I got it at Larry Hudson and they are an absolute fantastic dealership to work with, All my future trucks will be bought there. When I was buying my new car it was a good experience ! But when I called for some help and some advice I talked to two people on the phone and then left an email and no response ! The 2016 Terrain Denali I purchased had locking lug nuts on the tires but there was no key for the locks in the vehicle ! So would I say I was happy with my experience it would be NO !
