First time going for an oil change, had no idea you had to book a time, I go there after a 12 hour nite shift and the young kid at the desk calls the manager who advised me you need an appointment, rather than saying let’s squeeze you in while you’re here, then they get an old guy who was ahead of me asking me to move my car as he was here first! BRUTAL
