Je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit pour effectuer l’achat de votre véhicule. Super bon service à l’achat, mais par la suite, un bon gros zéro. Ils deviennent inexistants. J’ai acheté ma voiture en septembre. Elle était déjà (prématurément) sur des pneus d’hiver à ce moment. Dans mon contrat, je devais avoir des pneus d’été neufs livrés chez moi le mardi après mon achat. Finalement, ils n’en avaient plus en stock (ce qui est compréhensible vu le mois où je l’ai achetée). Ce qui ne l’est pas par contre, c’est que j’appelle incessamment depuis le mois d’avril pour réquisitionner ces pneus qui me sont dûs et pas moyen de parler à quelqu’un. J’avais rappelé en décembre avant cela et ils n’en avaient toujours pas en stock. J’ai dû me réexpliquer plusieurs fois à plusieurs personnes, j’ai appelé plusieurs fois par semaine, ça n’a pas répondu, j’ai laissé d’innombrables messages et jamais de retour d’appels. En plus de ça, on m’a dit qu’on ne m’a pas offert des pneus neufs, mais des usagés et qu’ils n’en ont pas en stock.
