Fantastic customer experience every time I go. Service is beyond reproach. Many vehicles in my past and have never had such reliable vehicles, take care of expertly. Really can't say enough about staff, service and product!

Great vehicle and even better purchase experience

We were in the market for a new family vehicle. As we had our current vehicle for over 10 years we didn't think it would be easy to let go, unless we could find both the right vehicle and the right purchase experience. Just as important as the vehicle itself, I felt it was also important to have the right sales consultant who could advise and guide us. Fortunately, we met David Tran at Tony Graham Lexus. At the very first meeting, we felt at ease with him as he is friendly and takes his time to get to know you. He quickly got up to speed on our vehicle requirements, after which he provided some valuable technical and financial advice that we would have never thought of. As we continued to talk to him, I felt he was very sincere and genuine. He was truly looking after our interest first. We value David's advice as his word is solid. Normally, I would take my time with a big purchase, however with the confidence we had in David, we were able to finalize the purchase by the next day. We look forward to working with David Tran and Tony Graham Lexus on future car purchases.

Treated me like crap because I didn't want to play the car dealing game. What do they think its a game show making me sit there while the sales guy runs back and forth to the manager....I said no to this and was told..."My manager is angry you should shop before you come her..""Posted this on my Facebook... multiple responses from women that they were treated poorly at this location. Selling cars like it is still 1950...Hello Tony you there?? its called the internet and it"s 2016.
