The service I received from the entire team at Laurentian Chrysler was beyond exemplary. Jason, Curtis, Bill and the rest of the staff were all super pleasant to deal with, extremely knowledgable and made the whole process go by as comfortably as possible. I'm loving my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and truly appreciate the awesome service and entire purchasing experience they provided.

We bought our vehicle in Oct 2017, after some issues with information, we found out ourselves the vehicle was involved in a front end accident, to which our sales rep was unaware. We were assured it was most likely cosmetics, We trusted him and kept the vehicle, First red flag about the vehicle was when we drove it the touch screen notified us that we were not using the master key for the vehicle and were locked out of some setting for speed and radio volume, Which is not a big deal in most cases unless you like to cruise faster than 90 KM. Second red flag January came we had issues with the transmission to which the service rep was great, but due to our warranty we had to be without a vehicle for 3 weeks, and the warranty only covered rental for 7 days at $50 a day Third red flag after getting back our vehicle near the beginning of feb we noticed that there was still some issues with the transmission and brought it in to which they did a reset on the software for the transmission and told us to drive it for 1000 Km. April comes along we still are having issues with the transmission and with warm weather we are able to drive with the windows open and to our surprise there is a noise coming from the rear drivers side. We bring it in and are told that the suspension is good and they could not find any issues. We drive it for a few more weeks and after being told by a few people that there was a weird noise coming from the back of our vehicle (a police officer included) my husband finally looked himself and found that the retention clip for the brake pad in the back was the culprit and brought it in to be looked at and to our surpise they wanted to charge us almost $400 to fix it until my husband had a talk with our service tech, Take into mind we have had this vehicle for almost 1 year now and have put on about 4000 kms, we are bringing it in once more and thanks to a wonderful service rep, they will be test driving it for a few days to analyze the issue better, I am at a point where i am afraid to drive it as i have had a few close calls with the transmission not responding in traffic, My husband has been dealing with the dealership all along and he has alot of patients I do not.
