Went to Murray Hyundai for a recall notice and the service was exceptional! I checked my car in with Jessica, and she was friendly and efficient, especially with it being 7 in the morning and 30 below. The shuttle service was also fantastic - both there and back I had great drivers. When I picked up the car it was cleaner than it’s been in a long time, and the whole process was stress-free. I will definitely be taking my car back here in the future If ever need be.

The staff was very courteous and my appointment started on time. I decided to wait there for my oil change and the waiting room was clean, snacks were provided and I wasn't hassled by any sales people. The person in charge of my vehicle explained the charges fully before my car was complete and gave me an accurate wait time. They cleaned my car whxjh was a nice touch. Follow up appointments were scheduled and it was an excellent overall experience.
