I went into the dealership cautious and wary because of my past experiences in other dealerships. Tom couldn’t have been more helpful. There was no pressure and I ended up finding exactly what I wanted. The finance department was very helpful and in follow up visits after the sale I found the same from the service department. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation to everyone at White Rock Dodge.

I was pleasantly surprised from the first time he responded back to me regarding an ad I had seen for a vehicle I was very interested in. I had responded to many ads placed by many different dealerships.on that same day. Cody was very helpful, answered all my questions. He even sent me pictures of anything I asked for. We went from emailing to text messaging and I never had to wait for a response to a question, also he never once pressured me to come see anything. This was the reason I drive from Mission out to White Rock Dodge. I have dealt with many salespeople over the years and Cody is the first I have enjoyed and never once wished I hadn’t bothered. I could go on and on which for me is weird as I can never find enough words usually. Anyway I really hope that people see this and think “maybe this time my buying experience can be good, not high pressure and get ignored when you don’t jump immediately to buy”. If you want to feel like your talking to a friend and not a salesman you should definitely call Cody. I would drive even further and I will buy my next vehicle from him. Thank you Cody for everything and especially for the great person you are.

It was a pleasure to go into White Rock Dodge to look into getting a new Chrysler 300s . From beginning to end the service was exceptional. If you're looking to purchase a new vehicle I would highly recommend coming to these guys. Harry made my entire experience fun and exciting from getting into the vehicle the first time to leaving the lot with a new ride, his attention to detail and customer service is top notch and goes to show what a terrific team has been put together to take care of you when you step foot into their location.
